Imporant information regarding the guild.
Hey guys.. I have some very bad news to bring upon you guys and girls.. As all of you know i have been feeling really tired and exhausted lately !
And the other day i went to the doctor to have a checkup, and my stress level was way to too high for comfort for both me and the doctor.
Soo me and the officers sat down for a whole day straight and talked over all the issues we were having at this point and what you guys would be facing whenever i stepped down.
Soo we are sad to say but we are sadly going to "Retire" all togheter, because all of us came to the conclusion after all the drama and shit we been through, that it was time to actually let it rest for once.
Because right now we have gone from gm to gm, and have had to rebuil the guild pretty much every single time, and this has been very exhausting for all of us, and i hope you guys do understand all the work we actually put in to trying to make this work.
We are all soo very grateful for the good & bad times we have shared togheter, we really do appriciate every single one of you, but sadly this is where it ends.
And allot of you are thinking, why not continue?
The answer for that is very complex, and it has allot of scenarios and complications to it.But i will try explain it as good as i can.
Soo lets start this the easy way.
We tried to contact a few the guild members that knew had potentional to actually lead this raid group that we have built up, and sadly none of them wanted to take that responsability.
Soo after that we sat down and tried to imagine every single scenario for whenever i left, and sad to say we doubted that it would ever grow any stronger than it is right now.
And the reason why I (Bloodcake) Would leave is due to the fact of how much stress i have been under for the past weeks, and if i stepped down as a raider only, i do not think i could be able to just be a small part, considering how big part i've actually in the guild soo far.
And then the tricky part comes, you guys could have waited for another raid leader to come along, but who knows how long that would taken.
And the fact that if i left, i'm not saying i am forcing anyone to leave, i would rather see Team Solid grow to its full potentional, but i do know that Koby was one of the people who would step down aswell if i were to leave you guys.
I am not saying that me and Koby is the guild itself, but we do play a big part of it specially when it comes to raidleading and finding new tactics that might work us, and how others can improve.
And soo far me and Koby have already been accepted for another guild, soo this is really the end..
All of you might be thinking, why not Rice or Aldray?
Well the answer to this is very simple, none of them are comfortable to be leading a guild as a whole.
Soo the only thing i hope from you guys is that there is no hate towards us officers and Gm for the decision we have come to. I do hope that every single one of us can actually still get along and set up a group every week / every other week for a normal run or whatever. Just to have fun as the gang we are, because we really did have allot of fun togheter dident we fuckers?: )
Soo i will add all of our battle tags at the buttom, so please add us to keep on enjoying the social thing we all share and enjoy!
